Music Production
For years, I told myself a story: "I am just not a musical person." Recently, I decided that was a boring story, so I’m rewriting it.
I am currently teaching myself to be musical simply because it is something I want to be. I’m learning piano via a VR headset, banging on MIDI drums, and diving into the deep end of modular synthesis.
True to form, I couldn't just play music; I had to build a system for it. I spent hours designing a custom setup that blends the tactile joy of hardware with the infinite flexibility of software. It finally clicks for the way my brain works.
I’m not trying to be the next Spotify breakout. I’m just making some music for my own joy. Right now, that sounds like a chaotic mix of Lo-Fi, electronic, Vocaloid experiments, and classical music remixes. It’s messy, it’s new, and it’s mine.
